 This is the Renovated Cottage by Designer Prims.  What makes this cottage special is all surfaces can be texture changed with a menu that comes with the house.  The roof, floors, outside, and inside walls. You can purchase it here for 599L.

I did put down my own prim for the kitchen floor to elevate the kitchen a little bit and break up the space.  The texture is from Distressed's "Trip to the Antique Shop" set. The curtains in the bedroom are retextured from mudshake.  The Loft shower set is mod, I modded it to fit the space I was attempting to fit it in.  It is not copy, be careful if you do this.  All together with everything in it the house came in around 1300 prims, this includes 2 kittycats and a zooby cat.
