Foxgate House by L2 Studio, 101 prims of awesomeness.  Since you can resize prims anyway you want now, I did stretch the entire house about a meter and also removed some double doors and replaced with a window in the bedroom.  You can purchase the house at Designers Remix for a very very reasonable 350L.  There is also a smaller 512 version available there.
