Beachfront Residence by Abiss

The Beachfront Residence by Abiss is absolutely stunning.  None of these pictures have been taken with shadows on nor did I do any post processing.  The shadowing is all baked into the textures.  This does make modding a bit difficult, but if you must just get creative.  Most the furnishing are linked to the house, with couches, tubs, and things like that in a separate box that comes with the house.  The sectional and table in this picture come with the house.  The houses can be bought with PG or Adult animations.

The dining table and sideboard came with the house.  The dining table is scripted to rez dinner places and centerpieces.  The easel and lights on the wall are also included, I did change the painting texture to a Ray Caesar painting.

Some pots and stools come with the house.  The kitchen is also scripted with poses *cough*, all sorts of poses.

I did mod the bedroom a bit removing some art and replacing it with art from my inventory.  The bedside tables, vanity with stool, closet, and rug come with the home linked, the bed comes with the home in the separate furniture box.

This house has the sexiest bathroom EVER.
The shadowing and textures are breathtaking and relaxing.  The towels and toiletry on the vanity come with the house.

The deck and pool area is my favorite.  The sectional, table, and chair come with the home.

And finally the pool area.  I did remove the palm trees and rock that came with the home and replaced with some Heart stuff.  The Christmas signs are from Interior Addiction.  The Beachside Residence comes in a skybox and land version, so if you are looking for a special Christmas present, this is definitely it.
