DEER Tahoe House

I had been looking at DEER homes on the marketplace and one thing that made me pass them up was the prims.  I'm on a quarter sim now, lots of prims, so I took the plunge.  The Tahoe House is 471 prims, 678 with accessories (trees, bathrooms, etc).  It's a lovely home, lots of attention to detail. Each window opens and closes, french doors, shutters, 4 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms, and separate entrance in the front with mother in law quarters. DISCLAIMER  Any weird seaming you see in the photos is not the designer, it's the result of Noirran's sucky picture taking skills with shadows on.

Entering the front door you come upon a very impressive foyer, it's what sold me on the house.

Alchemy Immortalis Gatehouse Cottage

 Alchemy Immortalis is one of my favorite stores.  The one thing that keeps me going back is the plethora of options their items have.  The Gatehouse Cottage is no exception.  When you first rez it, don't panic!  Go inside to the panel by the door under the stairs and start the house up.  Your roof and doors will then rez, and you can pick textures for floors, walls, roof, curtains, and also start up the fire.  The majority of plants outside are from Alchemy Immortalis, trees by New Trails, rocks by POST.

This is the Cozy Caiden from Cozy Homes.  It's being offered at a special price of 1000L to introduce people to the Cozy Home goodness.  The house is done in warm colors with lots of windows.  The windows have a blind option or can have no blinds at all if that is your preference.  There are big porches and open living areas with three rooms off to the side for bedrooms, dens, or a bathroom, whatever suits you.
