Petite Victorian Dream by Antique Artistry

This is the Petite Victorian Dream by Antique Artistry.  Copy/Mod and comes with a kitchen, fireplace, and victorian toilet which will rez with the house but can be easily deleted.  2 floors with a 3rd floor large attic, also large wrap around porch.  I did retexture the walls inside and recolor the siding on the outside  Wall textures can be found on the marketplace.

The fireplace is gorgeous and a free hunt prize at LISP.  It wasn't difficult to find at all.  The pumpkins with candles are a separate hunt prize there also.

 On the second floor is a teleporter that will take you to the third floor attic.  Up here I put the witchy table with accessories from noctis.  Everything is soft linked and sitting on the rug gives you a menu of animations.

Hi!

I'd really love to show you the new house I'm working on but I've rezed 2 no copy living room sets which have promptly disappeared.  I'm not going to bother putting in a ticket because 3 weeks later I'll get a form letting telling me to clear my cache.  So, I'm taking my frustration to Rift and killing some Guardians.  Have a great day!

Poipu Dream by Galland Homes

 When the super groovy Robert Galland dropped his new house on me I was super excited.  I had perved some pictures on flickr and had wanted to go have a look see.  The home is gorgeous, with a soothing warm palette broken up with vivid greenery.  Fully furnished including plants.  The palms and greenery on the perimeter I added, they are from Heart Garden Center.

The home comes with a large outdoor area with a pool and sitting area with massage table and firepit.  This house is perfect for beach side living.  Also plenty of room for a bar-b-que and alcoholic beverages.

 The front entrance is nice and open with the security panel by the door.  I don't usually fool with those things but if you are concerned about your pixel privacy this will hook you up.

 I love the furniture and artwork throughout the home.  The furniture is multi posed and everything is copiable.  It's an open floorplan with a bedroom off to the side. 

Speaking of the bedroom.  The bed is sort of awesome.  It has single anims and couples anims with sexy time.  You can swing around like monkeys!  With the Heart plants added it came in around 550 prims give or take 20. The house is in a rez box which will also rez your furniture box.  Then click the furniture rez box and it will set it all out auto-magically.  Perfect for you dudes that just want to click and be done with it.  Go check it out!

A return to the swamp....

This is the Louisiana Swamp House from Rebourne.  It's expensive and primmy.  Partially mesh and comes with a ground and skybox version.  It is gorgeous though with shadows baked in.  Trees are from new trails.  I love the New Trails Calaveras Skulls release.  Trees, fallen trees, pathway, and skulls only available individually. 

This time of year is my favorite.  Halloween then Dia de los Muertos.  Thankfully, with SL, I can decorate it up and enjoy it.

Also in my swamp I have the Swamp Shack from Dirty Rat.  The gator likes to hide underneath it. All trees from New Trails.

Inside the shack, the kitchen witch sets from noctis.  The table cloth is texture change and the table comes with witchy animations.

The cabinet is an add on and comes in at 67 prims.  However, everything is soft linked so you can delete to tailor to your prim budget.  More tomorrow!
